Police were called to a fatal workplace accident at 7.00am on Monday 3rd October 2005.
An 18 year old male worker was tragically killed at his workplace at an Albany factory when a large stack of wood fell on top of him. He died immediately.
Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) are investigating the matter and a report will be released at a later date.
The Police will be advising the Coroner of the circumstances and liaising with OSH where necessary.
The young man?�?s name will be released when Next of Kin have been informed.
