Christchurch Police can confirm that a detailed search has located a body at the Jelfs Road, Woodend property that has been the subject of a Police forensic scene examination since Thursday.

The Coroner has been advised and no further details about the body will be released until the identity has been confirmed and next of kin have been advised.
