Counties Manukau Police are looking for Thomas Shortcliffe, who has breached his bail conditions by cutting off his electronic monitoring bracelet and fleeing.?
The 44 year-old was on bail at a Papakura address for a number of charges, including kidnapping. ? At around 11pm last night he is alleged to have cut off his bracelet.? ? As part of the electronic bail monitoring process, a security guard was dispatched to the address. Thomas Shortcliffe is then alleged to have assaulted the security guard and fled.? ?
