He will appear in Christchurch District Court this morning.?

After two fatal crashes in the city on Friday, Police would like to reiterate our plea to drivers and passengers to buckle up and drive safely - being properly restrained significantly reduces your chance of death or serious injury in a crash.?

As this case is now before the Court, Police are unable to make any further comment at this time.?
