Police can confirm that they are attending an incident in central Palmerston North which involves groups of men fighting. ?
One man has been taken to Palmerston North Hospital with an injury to his chest, but is in a moderate condition. ?No other injuries have been reported yet.
Armed police are currently in the area working to resolve the situation.
