Browns Bay Police are seeking to locate Lesley Rimington, who has been missing since last Thursday evening.

Mrs Rimington has previously gone missing and was found safe and well last Thursday afternoon in Whangarei.

Six hours after she was found by Police she ran away from the healthcare workers ?who were transporting her to a care facility in Auckland, during a stop in Wellsford.

Police have ongoing concerns for Mrs Rimington's health and wellbeing. It's possible that she has befriended someone who does not realise she has been reported missing.

Lesley Rimington was last seen in the Wellsford area. She does not have a vehicle and had minimal belongings with her.
