Police are continuing to make enquiries into a fatal motorcycle crash on State Highway 58 / Paremata Road yesterday.?

The motorcyclist appears to have left the road between James Cook Drive and Joseph Banks Drive, and was found critically injured by a passing motorist at around 12.30pm.?

Sadly the motorcyclist died at the scene.?
?
We would like to hear from anyone who saw a black BMW motorcycle travelling within Whitby or on State Highway 58 at midday yesterday, or anyone who may have witnessed the crash.?
