Whangarei man Jessie Heke-Gray will appear in the Whangarei District Court this morning on three charges following his arrest in Waipu yesterday.

Police had been looking for the 32-year-old since September for breaching his prison release conditions. In addition to breaching those conditions, he has been charged with male rapes female and sexual violation.
